Welcome!
We
are proud to announce the launch of our "Veggie Beet" newsletter. Yes,
you've heard it right, it is finally here! We have been hard at work
developing a newsletter that is bustin' at the seams with useful
information. Here is what you can expect:
- Our what's in the box section will let you know what fresh organic produce we have just pick for your CSA box. Click the "what's in season" button to see what you can expect in the weeks to come. Feel free to also click the make a request button to make adjustments to your box using our Facebook page.
- The Featured Veggie of the week will provide nutritional facts about a selected veggie from your weekly box. Click the "learn more" button to find out additional information about the featured veggie through our blog.
- Every week we will also be sharing with you our
Chef's Pick, these will be recipes that you too can make utilizing some of the produce you have just received in your box.
- Mark Your Calendar, look to the right sidebar to find important dates about events happening at the farm. We look forward to meeting each and every one of you soon at one of these wonderful events.
Copies
of our "Veggie Beet" newsletter will also be archived for your
reference should you want to go back and see any information we
provided. Simply, go to our resources section and select newsletters.
We will also be keeping you informed about what's happening at the farm
right here in our very own little farmer's corner. We hope you like the
newsletter and find it bustin' at the seams with useful information. We
look forward to hearing your feedback!
Your local farmer,
